This incredible Villa located on the beachfront, where we practically touch the sand, is located on the beach of La Zenia in Orihuela Costa, where there are very few Villas with this privileged location.The villa is distributed in basement, ground floor, first floor and solarium.The basement is divided into several rooms such as the engine room, with two 1000-liter water tanks, the boiler, underfloor heating, a 1000-liter diesel tank, and water softener. At the back of the garden, we also have a natural grass area with a very nice fence next to a built-in pergola which covers a large Jacuzzi. Another large masonry pergola covers a masonry table and chairs with a magnificent barbecue area.
