Access to the beach is through the large gardens and through a small gate. From here it is a very short walk along a quiet road. The house is well located for a selection of restaurants and bars, plus a convenience supermarket. One could well stay in this house without the need for a car however a driveway for up to two cars is also available within the property. All in all, this house provides plenty of quality space for a large family or families traveling together, set in spacious gardens with its own private swimming pool and ideally near the beach. This beautiful high standard villa is situated just a short walk from the beach and an easy 10-15 minute drive to Puerto Banus and a ten minute drive to San Pedro. There are many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars all within a ten minute walk. Although very useful, a car is not actually necessary when staying here. There is bus stop close by and taxis are easily arranged. Paraiso Barronal is an urbanisation on the sea front which consists of only large established villas. Many more bars, restaurants, and supermarkets can easily be accessed via the foot bridge over the main road. Estepona town centre is about 6 Km from the property and it provides several beach bars and restaurants. Estepona town is pretty and diverse with many parks and a reputation to present itself for tourism with ambition to compete with the likes of Marbella.
